About Me

Yoga for me is so much more than the physical practice. When I stepped into my first yoga class, just over 20 years ago, I knew I had found something that truly resonated with me and I literally fell in love with the practice. From that first class to now, the practice of yoga has helped me in so many ways. Yoga brings space and balance to our lives, helping us to find a place of calmness and contentment.

Years of practising yoga led me to leave my job as a school teacher and train as a yoga teacher. Teacher training was truly the most wonderful experience. I am so grateful and blessed to have learnt and still be learning so much from so many teachers.

My classes are friendly and welcoming, giving students a safe space to explore the flowing movement of yoga, with an emphasis on the breath and alignment that feels right.
